If you require a blood test you will need to make an appointment. You can do this online by visiting the Swansea Bay University Health Board website here
Patients (over the age of 12) within the Swansea Bay catchment area need a blood form, to access the appointments for routine bloods at Port Talbot Resource Centre.
If you are unable to book online you can telephone 01792 601807, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4pm.
The clinic is based on the ground floor (opposite King’s Surgery). The new clinic room is on the ground floor, with level access and free parking.
You must make an appointment, it is not a walk in service.
